As an Enterprise AE I carry a concurrent portfolio of complex, multi-threaded, multi-quarter deals. The execution load isn't hard to describe. It's hard to pay attention to the right thing on any given Tuesday.
CRM is where deals live but not where risk shows up. Risk lives in silent champions, in stalled CFO views, in the competitor mention buried 14 minutes into a Gong call, in the email thread that never got forwarded. Pulling those signals together manually is a part-time job on top of selling.
